A 60-minute session to explore your current eating habits, goals, lifestyle and preferences. You'll receive practical, personalised support including a sample meal plan, recipe ideas, and realistic strategies to help you feel more confident with food.
A supportive coaching package designed to help you create lasting food habits, one balanced day at a time. Perfect if you're ready to build confidence with simple, whole food routines.

2 x 30-minute follow-up sessions (One per month)
